The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for any project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement between the Company and the client. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

When using our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for the services. • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials and notify us immediately of unauthorized access. • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose. • Not attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt our systems, servers, or networks. • Respect the intellectual property rights of the Company and third parties.

All content, designs, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials on our website and within our services are the property of SIIN NETWORK INC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Unless explicitly agreed in a written contract or SOW, all intellectual property created during a project engagement remains the property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of client-specific deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the applicable agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIIN NETWORK INC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from: • Your use of or inability to use our services. • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data. • Any third-party conduct or content related to our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SIIN NETWORK INC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: • Your use of or access to our services. • Your violation of these Terms of Service. • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights. • Any content or data you provide to us in connection with the services.

Either party may terminate the service relationship as follows: • We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that may harm the Company or other users. • You may stop using our services at any time by providing written notice. • Project-specific termination terms will be governed by the applicable SOW or service agreement. Upon termination, all provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will: • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. • Provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
